ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

On August 18, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. This case was called from the calendar during the Court's September 11, 2023, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania trial session. There was no appearance by or on behalf of the petitioner. Respondent appeared and was heard on the motion.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution is held under advisement. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner shall, on or before September 25, 2023, show cause in writing why respondent's motion, should not be granted, and a decision entered in this case.

Petitioner is advised that the failure to respond to this Order to Show Cause could result in the dismissal of the case and entry of decision as requested in respondent's motion.
