By Order served July 31, 2023, the Court directed petitioners to file a ratification of petition. On August 16, 2023, the Court received and filed a Ratification of Petition by petitioner Bernd Woloszczak. That document does not bear the signature of petitioner Bunny Woloszczak.
In consideration of the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that the time within which petitioner Bunny Woloszczak shall file a ratification of petition in accordance with the Court's Order served July 31, 2023, is hereby extended to September 21, 2023. Failure to file a ratification by such date may result in the dismissal of this case as to petitioner Bunny Woloszczak. It is further
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is directed to attach to the copy of this Order served on petitioners a form which may be used by petitioner Bunny Woloszczak for purposes of ratifying the Petition.
