DONALD MAX WOLF, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the 86th Judicial District Court Kaufman County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. 17-50348-86-F

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Before Justices Bridges, Molberg, and Carlyle
Opinion by Justice Carlyle

Donald Max Wolf entered a guilty plea to aggravated sexual assault of a child and the court sentenced him to thirty years' imprisonment. See TEX. PENAL CODE § 22.021(a)(2)(B). Mr. Wolf contends his sentence violates the United States and Texas constitutions because it is "grossly disproportionate" to the crime and does not match the offender. But Mr. Wolf did not raise these issues in the trial court through a timely request, objection, or motion, and thus did not preserve them for our review. See TEX. R. APP. P. 33.1(a)(1); Rhoades v. State, 934 S.W.2d 113, 120 (Tex. Crim. App. 1996); Bell v. State, 326 S.W.3d 716, 724 (Tex. App.—Dallas 2010, pet. dism'd). We affirm.
