Decided February 2, 1948.

A proceeding involving the annexation of territory to the City and County of Denver. The trial court ordered that the City of Westwood be dissolved, and that the territory included within its boundaries be annexed to, and become a part of, the City and County of Denver.

Error to the County Court of Arapahoe County, Hon. Henry Bruce Teller, Judge.
