Petitioner-appellant having moved for reargument of, or in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals, from the decision and order of this Court, entered on May 11, 2017 (Appeal No. 3955) [M-3519], And respondents-respondents having cross-moved for an order dismissing petitioner's aforesaid motion, and awarding said respondents costs and attorneys' fees and certain sanctions [M-3582], And petitioner-appellant having cross-moved for an order awarding said petitioner costs and attorneys' fees, and imposing certain sanctions upon respondents [M-3923], Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion and cross motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that petitioner's motion and cross motion [M-3159 and M-3923] are denied in their entirety. Respondents-respondents' cross motion [M-3582] is denied.
