Action to recover damages for breach of contract, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Stamford-Norwalk and referred to David M. Cohen, attorney factfinder, who recommended judgment for the defendant; thereafter, the court, Lewis, J., rendered judgment in accordance with the factfinder's recommendation, and the plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.

Stephen A. Wise, pro se, the appellant (plaintiff).

William Cruz, pro se, the appellee (defendant), filed a brief.
