The Supreme Court today granted the writ of certiorari in this case as case No. S22G0874 .

This case will be assigned to the May 2023 oral argument calendar automatically under Supreme Court Rule 50 (1) (a). Oral argument is mandatory in granted certiorari cases.

This Court is particularly concerned with the following issue or issues:

Whether the Court of Appeals correctly affirmed the dismissal of petitioner's inverse-condemnation-by-permanent-nuisance claim as being barred by the statute of limitations set by OCGA § 9-3-30 (a)?
