Now, upon reading and filing the affidavits of Ricky L. Winters sworn to September 2, 2014 and October 10, 2014, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the notice of petition, the petition sworn to September 2, 2014, and all papers submitted therewith, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied on the ground that the facts set forth by petitioner fail to demonstrate merit to this proceeding.
