ORDER


This action came on for consideration by the Court, and the issues having been duly considered and a decision duly rendered,

IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that:

(1) Plaintiff's claims against Bill Hill, Terrell Bolton and William Turnage shall proceed and process shall be issued as to these Defendants;

(2) Plaintiff's claims against John/Jane Doe officers are dismissed without prejudice;

(3) Plaintiff's claims against the Dallas County Sheriff's Department are dismissed with prejudice as frivolous.

(4) The Clerk shall transmit a true copy of this Order and the Order accepting the Findings and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge to Plaintiff.

(5) The Clerk of the Court shall terminate the referral to Magistrate Judge Stickney and issue summons.
