Upon due consideration of the status report filed by respondent on December 3, 2021, and the recitals therein concerning the present status of above-docketed proceeding, it is

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before June 3, 2022, file with the Court further written reports advising of the then-present status of the case, in particular the progress made towards resolution, by settlement or otherwise, of the issues raised in this matter.
