This case is currently set for trial at the Court's October 10, 2023, Birmingham, Alabama trial session. On July 31, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Remand, advising that petitioner does not object. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's October 10, 2023, Birmingham, Alabama trial session and continued, and jurisdiction is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Remand, filed July 31, 2023, is granted, and this case is remanded to respondent's Appeals Office for further proceedings consistent with the matters discussed in the motion. It is further

ORDERED that the above-referenced hearing shall take place at respondent's Office of Appeals located closest to petitioner's residence or at another mutually acceptable location, and at a reasonable and mutually agreed upon date and time, but no later than October 31, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before November 30, 2023, the parties shall file status reports regarding the then-present status of this case.
