Per Curiam:

Keith Wilson (Wilson) appeals from the Cass County Circuit Court's (motion court) judgment denying his amended Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief after evidentiary hearing. For reasons stated in the memorandum provided to the parties, the trial court's judgment is affirmed in accordance with Rule 84.16(b).
