ORDER We REINSTATE these appeals.

We abated this appeal for the trial court to make findings concerning State's exhibit 241. State's exhibit 241 has been filed with this Court, and the exhibit is playable. Counsel for the parties should contact the Clerk of the Court to arrange access to the exhibit.

We VACATE this Court's orders of October 17, 2023, and November 20, 2023, to the extent they required the trial court to hold a hearing and make findings and required the court reporter to file a supplemental reporter's record and the district clerk to file a supplemental clerk's record.

Appellant's brief is due THIRTY DAYS from the date of this order.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Hector Garza, Presiding Judge, 195th Judicial District Court; Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk; Velma Loza, Official Court Reporter for the 195th Judicial District Court; Debi Harris, Court Reporter; and counsel for all parties.
