The reporter's record filed September 8, 2023, is incomplete because it does not include State's exhibit 241, a CD or DVD of what appears from the trial transcription to be surveillance video. We ORDER court reporter Debi Harris to file State's exhibit 241 through the TAMES portal within FIFTEEN DAYS of the date of this order. If Ms. Harris is unable to file State's exhibit 241 through the TAMES portal, then she shall file within FIFTEEN DAYS of the date of this order a written statement setting forth the reasons State's exhibit 241 cannot be filed through the TAMES portal.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to Debi C. Harris, Court Reporter, and counsel for all parties.
