Scott Edward WILSON, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

From the 175th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas

Trial Court No. 2009CR12096

Honorable Mary D. Roman, Judge Presiding

ORDER

Sitting: Karen Angelini, Justice

Marialyn Barnard, Justice

Rebeca C. Martinez, Justice

This appeal is set for oral argument on September 25, 2013, at 1:30 p.m. The State has filed a Motion to Permit Oral Argument and a Motion to Identify the Issues on Which Argument Might Aid the Court. We GRANT the State's motion to permit oral argument. However, we are not inclined at this time to identify issues we would like addressed at oral argument, nor are we inclined to request the defendant to identify those areas on which the defendant would like to elaborate during oral argument. Therefore, the State's motion to identify issues on which argument might aid the court is DENIED.

It is so ORDERED on the 21st day of August, 2013.

PER CURIAM ATTESTED TO: ____________
