Wilson v. State

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District
Jan 4, 1991
572 So. 2d 33 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1991)

Opinion

No. 90-0439.

January 4, 1991.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Broward County; Leroy H. Moe, Judge.

Richard L. Jorandby, Public Defender, and Tanja Ostapoff, Asst. Public Defender, West Palm Beach, for appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Atty. Gen., Tallahassee, and Sylvia Alonso, Asst. Atty. Gen., West Palm Beach, for appellee.

Appellant seeks reversal of a judgment of conviction and sentence of ten years' imprisonment for aggravated assault.

We have seriously considered appellant's four points on appeal but find no reversible error demonstrated in any of them.

Accordingly, the judgment appealed from is affirmed.

HERSEY, C.J., and DOWNEY and WALDEN, JJ., concur.
