The petition for belated appeal from the order of July 24, 2000, in which the Circuit Court for Columbia County denied a motion for postconviction relief in its case number 97-682-CF, is granted. Upon issuance of mandate in this cause, a copy of this opinion shall be provided to the clerk of the circuit court to be treated as a notice of appeal. Fla.R.App.P. 9.141(c)(5)(D).

PETITION GRANTED.
