This case is calendared for trial at the April 18, 2022, Miami, Florida, Trial Session of the Court.

On March 2, 2022, respondent filed a Motion For Continuance (motion) stating this case is currently in Appeals. The parties are actively working towards a settlement in this case. Petitioners have no objection to the granting of this motion.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance is granted, in that, this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's April 18, 2022, Miami, Florida, Trial Session, and is restored to the general docket for trial or other disposition.
