This case was consolidated for trial and appeal with a companion suit, Evans v. Colonial General Insurance Company, 544 So.2d 728 (La.App. 3rd Cir. 1989), also decided on this date.

For reasons assigned in the aforesaid case, the judgment appealed from in the instant suit is affirmed.

Costs of this appeal are taxed to appellant.

AFFIRMED.
