ORDER


Plaintiff Kenneth Jay Wilson, a prisoner now incarcerated at the Toledo Correctional Institution, brings this action alleging that defendants violated his constitutional rights while he was incarcerated at the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility. By an Order filed April 26, 2002, Wilson's application to proceed in forma pauperis was denied under 28 U.S.C. § 1915 (g), and he was ordered to pay the Court's $150 filing fee within thirty days. He has failed to do so.

The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to enter JUDGMENT dismissing this case because Wilson has failed to pay the Court's $150 filing fee. Plaintiff Kenneth Jay Wilson remains liable for the full $150 filing fee. In re Alea, 286 F.3d 378, 382 (6th Cir. 2002). The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to mail a copy of this Order to the Cashier of the Toledo Correctional Institution.
