The applicant, Pointer Smith Contracting Corporation, seeks supervisory review of the trial court's June 7, 2023, ruling granting the motion for summary judgment filed by the respondent, Sharon Darville Wilson. On the showing made, we decline to exercise this Court's supervisory jurisdiction. Accordingly, this writ is hereby denied.
