         TO THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE EASTERN DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA:

         Plaintiff ARNITA WILLS and Defendant WAREHOUSE DEMO SERVICES, INC., by and through their respective attorneys of record, hereby stipulate pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(ii) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure to dismissal of this action in its entirety, with prejudice, and without an award of attorney's fees or costs to any party.

         ORDER

         Based on the foregoing stipulation and otherwise finding good cause therefor, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case is dismissed in its entirety, with prejudice, and without an award of attorney's fees or costs to any party. The Clerk of the Court is directed to close this case.
