It is Ordered that plaintiff-appellant's motion is granted on condition that she perfects her appeal by no later than the December 2013 term - the filing deadline is October 9, 2013. No further enlargements of time will be granted. In the event of plaintiff-appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing condition, defendant-respondent may move, on five days' notice, for an order dismissing the appeal.
