This case is presently calendared for trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on Monday, May 2, 2022, for cases in which San Deigo, California, is listed as the place of trial.

On February 25, 2022, petitioner filed a Motion for Continuance. In that motion, petitioner indicates that there is no objection by respondent to the granting of petitioner's motion.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Continuance filed February 25, 2022, is granted, and this case is stricken for trial from the May 2, 2022, San Deigo, California, session and is continued generally.
