ORDER
Christopher M. Murray, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
The motion to extend time to order the transcript is GRANTED TO THE EXTENT that the transcript will be considered timely ordered if the stenographer's certificate to confirm the transcript order is filed with this Court within 21 days after the Clerk's certification of this order. The Clerk of the Court shall place this case on the next involuntary dismissal docket after expiration of this 21-day period if the stenographer's certificate has not been filed.
