ORDER


This case came on for discovery conference by telephone at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, May 1, 2009. Defendant's counsel noted that the following discovery items were outstanding from Plaintiff: 26

1. Signed medical authorizations for Defendant to obtain medical records from physicians who have treated Plaintiff; 2. Reports from Plaintiff's expert witnesses as required by Fed.R.Civ.P. ; and 3. A signed verification for Plaintiff's Answers to Defendant's interrogatories. Plaintiff's counsel advised that there was truly no issue about these items and that they would be furnished forthwith.

Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that Plaintiff provide the three items listed above to Defendant not later than May 11, 2009.
