We affirm the appellant's convictions. However, we withhold issuance of the mandate pending the Florida Supreme Court's decision in Williams v. State, 40 So. 3d 72 (Fla. 4th DCA 2010), review pending, Case No. SC10-1458 (Fla. filed July 26, 2010).

Affirmed.
