Following review of the petition for writ of mandamus, it is ordered that said petition is hereby denied. See Roesch v. State, 633 So.2d 1, 2 (Fla.1993) ; Clowers v. State, 960 So.2d 840, 841 (Fla. 3d DCA 2007) ; Simmons v. State, 40 So.3d 875, 875 (Fla. 3d DCA 2010).
