We REINSTATE this appeal.
We abated this appeal for the trial court to sign a sealing order to seal volume 2 of the clerk's record pursuant to Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.10(g) and article 35.29 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The Tarrant County District Clerk filed the sealed volume 2 of the clerk's record on July 8, 2024. Accordingly, this appeal is reinstated.
