ORDER
PER CURIAM
On December 2, 2022, appellant's court-appointed counsel filed a brief pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967). On December 13, 2022, appellant's counsel filed a motion to withdraw. On December 6, 2022, the State filed a letter waiving its right to file a brief; however, it indicated that should appellant file a pro se brief, it reserved the right to file a response.
On January 11, 2023, we granted appellant's pro se motion requesting a copy of the appellate record and a thirty-day extension of time to file his brief. We ordered appellant to file his pro se brief, if any, by February 16, 2023.
On May 1, 2023, this court received appellant's pro se motion for extension of time, stating that his pro se brief was due on May 3, 2023, and requesting a sixty-day extension of time to file his pro se brief. However, appellant is mistaken about the significance of May 3, 2023, which was the date this appeal was submitted to a panel of this court for a decision. As previously stated, appellant's pro se brief was due by February 16, 2023.
The motion's certificate of service and unsworn declaration were signed by appellant on April 26, 2023.
Appellant's pro se motion for an extension of time is GRANTED IN PART as follows: appellant's pro se brief, if any, is due on or before May 30, 2023. No further extensions of time will be granted.
The State's response brief, if any, is due on or before June 30, 2023.
It is so ORDERED.
