Upon consideration, this petition for certiorari is granted; the judgment below is vacated and the case is remanded to the Court of Appeals for consideration in light of Nix v. 230 Kirkwood Homes, LLC, 300 Ga. 91 (1) (793 SE2d 402) (2016).

All the Justices concur, except Peterson, J., who is disqualified.
