BEFORE: PARRO, McDONALD AND CRAIN, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. In this pro se matter, relator Nishie Williams seeks review of the district court's July 24, 2013 judgment that dismissed her petition for judicial review as being untimely. The July 24, 2013 judgment is a final judgment subject to review under this Court's appellate jurisdiction. See La. R.S. 15:1177(A)(10). A person seeking an appeal of a final judgment must file a motion and order for appeal with the district court within, the delay for taking an appeal. See La. Code Civ. P. arts. 2087 & 2121; see also Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal, Rule 2. Relator's attempt to seek review of the July 24, 2013 judgment is untimely.
