ORDER FOR DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE


This cause coming on at this time on stipulation of the parties hereto, through their respective counsel of record, and good cause appearing therefor; (Docket No. 30).

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED and this does ORDER that Defendant Oneida County Hospital be dismissed with prejudice from the above entitled matter, on the ground and for the reason that plaintiff has voluntarily agreed to dismiss her case against the hospital, both parties to bear their own costs and attorney's fees.
