ORDER DISMISSING PLAINTIFF'S CLAIMS WITH PREJUDICE


This matter came before the Court upon the joint stipulation of the parties for dismissal with prejudice of all of Plaintiff's claims in the above-captioned lawsuit. The Court finds that there is good cause therefor. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that all of Plaintiffs' claims against Defendant Steven C. Johnson, D.O. in the Amended Complaint in this litigation are hereby dismissed with prejudice. The parties shall bear their own attorneys' fees and costs.
