Appellant having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person on the appeal taken herein from an order and judgment of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Monroe on February 6, 2014,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Bridgett Williams sworn to June 11, 2014, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied on the ground that the facts set forth by appellant in the motion fail to demonstrate merit to the appeal.
