ESTATES OF DECEDENTS, § 144citation proceedings to collect assets, evidence. In proceeding by public administrator to discover assets, where widow of deceased had turned over to such administrator bonds and a part of her distributive interest, lower court properly found that administrator had failed to trace other bonds to the possession of the widow.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Woodford county; Hon. RAY SESLER, presiding.
