ESTATES OF DECEDENTS, § 144 — citation proceedings to collect assets, evidence. In proceeding by public administrator to discover assets, where widow of deceased had turned over to such administrator bonds and a part of her distributive interest, lower court properly found that administrator had failed to trace other bonds to the possession of the widow.
