ORDER

This case is before the Court on respondent's motion for continuance and motion to remand, both filed September 20, 2022, and heard on October 11, 2022, when the case was called from the calendar for trial during the Dallas, Texas, trial session of the Court. Respondent appeared and was heard. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner.

Premises considered, for the reasons set forth in respondent's motions, and for cause set forth more fully in the transcript of the above-referenced proceedings, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion for continuance is granted, and this case is continued with jurisdiction retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's motion to remand is granted, and this case is remanded to respondent's Office of Appeals for the purpose of conducting a further administrative hearing to be held not later than January 9, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that following the completion of further administrative consideration, but not later than March 10, 2023, the parties shall report in writing to the Court as to the status of the case.
