This case was stricken from the Court's November 16, 2020, New York, New York trial calendar, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On August 6, 2021, respondent filed a status report in which he indicated that he last spoke with petitioners' representative in late July 2021 but has not heard from him or petitioners since then. The Court will direct petitioners to file a status report apprising the Court of the status. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before August 26. 2021. petitioners Mr. and Mrs. Williams shall file a status report detailing the then-present status of this case.
