Marcus Eugene Williams Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge.

On November 7, 2019, the petition in this case was filed. Petitioner seeks review of the notice of deficiency dated August 29, 2019, issued to petitioner for tax years 2016, 2017, and 2018. On December 30, 2019, respondent filed an Answer to the petition. On August 12, 2021, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision.

An examination of the record in this case discloses that record does not include a complete copy of the deficiency notice issued to petitioner for 2016, 2017, and 2018 upon which this case apparently is based. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before September 8, respondent shall file a Response to this order and attach thereto, a complete copy of the deficiency notice for 2016, 2017, and 2018 upon which this case is apparently based.
