By Order dated March 22, 2024, the Court directed the parties to file a stipulation of facts by May 6, 2024 (Doc. 24). On May 6, 2024, the Court received petitioner's and respondent's proposed trial exhibits (Docs. 34 and 35). The Court has not received the parties' stipulation of facts.

Petitioner is advised that failure to stipulate to the facts could result in dismissal of this case. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before May 10, 2024, petitioner shall file a response to this Order informing the Court of status of the stipulation of facts.
