Before the Court is appellant's August 7, 2023 opposed motion to supplement the record with email correspondence referenced in appellee's brief. As noted in appellee's brief, the referenced emails are located at pages 177-180 of the clerk's record. Accordingly, we DENY appellant's motion.
Also before the Court is appellant's August 7, 2023 opposed third motion for an extension of time to file a reply brief. We GRANT the motion and extend the time to August 21, 2023. We caution appellant that further extension requests will be disfavored.
