ORDER
On May 15, 2008, the parties submitted, and the Court filed a Consent Judgment against Defendant, JDM Trucking, Inc. In the Consent Judgment, Plaintiffs reserved the right to proceed against the estate of Donald Miller and Jeanette Miller, also Defendants herein. No further action has occurred in this case since the entry of the Consent Judgment. The parties are DIRECTED to file a STATUS REPORT in this case on or before JANUARY 23, 2009.
