Petitioner-appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Erie County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on March 20, 2013, and April 11, 2013,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Elizabeth Ciambrone, Esq., sworn to February 14, 2014, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of Joan Casilio Adams, Esq., sworn to February 26, 2014, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and petitioner-appellant shall file the original stipulated or settled records and ten briefs on the appeals, together with proof of service, on or before April 15, 2014, and in the event of failure to so perfect the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.

Memorandum: No further extensions will be granted.
