On December 9, 2021, we ordered Antoinette Varela, Official Court Reporter for the 366th Judicial District Court, to file, no later than December 28, 2021, either the additional reporter's records requested by appellee or written verification that appellant had not paid the fee for preparing those records. To date, Ms. Varela has not complied. Accordingly, we ORDER Ms. Varela to file the requested record or verification no later than January 18, 2022.
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Varela and the parties.
