In an action to recover damages for libel, order granting respondent's motion to dismiss appellant's supplemental complaint, pursuant to rule 107 of the Rules of Civil Practice, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Carswell, Adel, Sneed and Wenzel, JJ., concur.
