ORDER

Maurice B. Foley, Chief Judge.

On January 4, 2022, respondent filed a motion to withdraw as counsel, requesting that attorney Mariano R. Ardaya-Beecher be withdrawn as respondent's counsel in this case. Respondent indicates in his motion that petitioner has no objection to the granting of the motion.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion to withdraw as counsel, filed January 4, 2022, is recharacterized as a motion to withdraw counsel. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's above-referenced motion is granted and Mariano R. Ardaya-Beecher is withdrawn as respondent's counsel in this case.
