AUTOMOBILES AND MOTOR VEHICLES, § 111injury in parking, finding for defendant against evidence. Where the plaintiff's car was struck in the rear by defendant's car while plaintiff was parking it near middle of the block, plaintiff was severely injured, defendant was the sole witness in his behalf on the manner of the accident, and the plaintiff's case was supported by her own testimony and that of two others, a finding for the defendant was against the manifest weight of the evidence.

Appeal from Circuit Court of Cook county; Hon. JOHN J. WALLACE, presiding.

Judgment reversed and cause remanded for a new trial. Heard in second division, first district, this court at October term, 1940.
