Judgment and order affirmed, with costs. All concur. (The judgment is for plaintiff in an action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by reason of having been negligently struck by defendants' locomotive while plaintiff was standing on a public sidewalk near a grade crossing. The order denies defendants' motion for a new trial.)
