Attorney General/Carson

ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is a proper person appeal from a district court order directing a response to a motion to issue a citation. First Judicial District Court, Carson City; James E. Wilson, Judge.

No statute or court rule authorizes an appeal from such an order, and thus, the challenged order is not substantively appealable. See NRAP 3A(b) (listing orders and judgments from which an appeal may be taken); see also Taylor Constr. Co. v. Hilton Hotels, 100 Nev. 207, 209, 678 P.2d 1152, 1153 (1984). As we lack jurisdiction to consider this appeal, we

ORDER this appeal DISMISSED.

The Honorable Robert E. Rose and the Honorable Miriam Shearing, Senior Justices, participated in the decision of this matter under general orders of assignment.
