ORDER

On July 12, 2023, the Court entered an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction on the ground that petitioner had not timely ratified the bringing of this case on her behalf. On August 8, 2023, the parties filed a joint Motion to Vacate. Attached thereto as Exhibit A is a Ratification of Petition, bearing petitioner's original signature, in which she states that she has read the Petition filed with the Court on March 14, 2023, and ratifies and affirms the filing of said document.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties' above-referenced Motion is granted, and the Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction entered in this case is vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that the Petition in this case is hereby deemed to have been ratified and affirmed by petitioner. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed May 19, 2023, is denied.
